From craft cocktails to assessing liquor costs he makes sure his brands have perfect liquor offerings while maintaining proper margins. He also works to train mgmt teams and staff. Dan is a restaurant owner and Co-Founder of Tacotarian. He is an expert in restaurant licensing and financials. He works with his brands to ensure they acquire all the proper business, liquor and other licensing. He also helps build the systems and processes to ensure the brands understand their numbers, which ensures success.
Regina is a restaurant owner and Co-Founder of Tacotarian. She is a serve safe certified expert and proctor. She also helps her brands ensure their kitchens are safe and compliant.
