3 Things you have to try at Bronze Cafe Las Vegas

If you haven’t heard of Bronze Cafe Las Vegas you’re not keyed into the Vegas food scene. They’ve been around for quite some time in different venues. I first heard of them when they opened at The Center years ago. Their fresh sandwiches, soups and salads are everything, especially if you’re looking for healthier options. Since then they’ve opened in DTLV and have now settled in the Summerlin area off of Buffalo. They also operate a kitchen inside The Juice Box LV in the Southwest. Since I’m a huge fan of their vegan options I’ll give you my personal top 5 things to try, but hey you do you! No matter what you order it’s good, and when you order it from LOCO you’re supporting independent restaurants by using our coop model that supports the community..

Tree of Life Pita

This one has to be #1 because it’s like heaven. Something about that fresh pita that just hugs the salad inside is so delicious. Tree of Life comes with Arcadia greens, house made lemon vinaigrette, avocado, tomato, roasted red peppers, mango cilantro ginger vinaigrette, house made cashew crema, house made pickled onions, brazil nut crumble, served on pita flatbread

Breakfast Sandwich

Wow, I love, love this sandwich. It’s not even officially on their online ordering menu so I think you need to call it in. If you’re like most of the world the thought of calling and talking to someone on the phone makes you want to cry, but the breakfast sandwich is WORTH IT.

David’s Special

I think David created this special salad just for me. Well, maybe not but I can pretend. The David’s special salad is VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE. It comes with shredded kale massaged with house made lemon vinaigrette and topped with roasted beets, curried quinoa, spiced chickpeas, avocado, carrots, and hemp seeds. Personally I hate beets, I think they taste like dirt, so I get mine sans the beets. I do however know I’m in the minority and most people love them.

So hopefully by now you’re really hungry and you’ve opened up your LOCO app to order Bronze Cafe. You can trust my judgement and try one of these 3 amazing dishes or you can be the BOLD independent eater that you are and order one of the many other fantastic dishes on their menu. Either way, you’re in the right spot. So enjoy.
